Henan Association for International Exchange of Personnel (HAIEP) is a non-profitable social organization engaged in international exchange of talents in Henan province. As a branch of China Association for International Exchange of Personnel (CAIEP), it carries out business activities under the direction of CAIEP, and is supported by the Henan government.
The purposes of HAIEP are, by means of International exchange and professional cooperation in the fields of industry, agriculture, science and technology, commerce, communication and medicine etc. to serve the needs of the invigoration of Henan's economy, of the development of its science and technology and of the promotion of friendly communication among the people of all nations.
For the realization of those purposes, based on the needs of Henan's economy, science and technology and the wishes of personnel organizations abroad, HAIEP is exerting itself:
---To invite, on the basis of well planning and organization, foreign economic and technical experts (including experts of Chinese descendants abroad) to direct technology so as to learn their advanced science and technology and their experience in management.
---To take charge of training of the people going abroad in our province, to select and to send them to relevant units abroad so as to learn the advanced technology of the foreign nations and help their original enterprises in technology progress after returning.
---To conduct foreign languages training and check for the probationary people going abroad, improve their proficiency in foreign language, create better conditions for them to work, study and live abroad.
---To widely communicate and cooperate with related organizations, groups and individuals at home and abroad, exchange information and open up ways for the promotion of international exchange of talents.
HAIEP takes in many well-educated and internationally influential scientific and technical experts as its councilors and standing directors. Some provincial leaders hold the posts of chairpersons or honorary chairpersons. It shall admit all organizations and individuals interested both at home and abroad as its members. The members shall have right to make proposals and suggestions to participate in its activities. They shall also have priority to obtain information and opportunities of international exchange supplied by HAIEP.
All friendly organizations and persons are welcome to hold business talks by letters, e-mails or persons. HAIEP is always at your service.
